The KQET-V clean plant online monitoring solution is a flagship product developed by our Chinese Academy of Sciences postdoctoral team, who has been researching condensed nuclear particle counters for decades, for real-time monitoring of clean environments. This system uses self-developed software as the upper computer, combined with our independently developed and produced online particle counters and planktonic bacteria samplers, and is compatible with advanced domestic and foreign sensors such as wind speed, pressure difference, temperature and humidity, to achieve timely, fast, and accurate collection of various types of data in clean environments.

The system adopts a standard comprehensive distribution plan and communicates with the lower computers at each point through RS485 bus communication, achieving real-time data collection at each point. Then, through software core algorithms and referring to domestic and foreign standards such as cGMP and ISO14644, the data is analyzed and displayed in real time to meet the 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring requirements for clean environments, greatly improving the quality and level of clean environment monitoring.

The system adopts a web login format, supporting multiple users to log in simultaneously. In addition, it also supports mobile apps to view data anytime, anywhere, for long-distance transmission and centralized display. It has the characteristics of high scalability, good stability, and reliable data, and has been widely used in clean scenes such as pharmaceutical factories, electronics factories, hospital operating rooms, aerospace, precision processing, lithium batteries, and the food industry.
