The KQET-5128CLJ is an inline laser particle counter equipped with a built-in pump, specially designed for full-range particle counting in controlled clean environments.
Based on the light scattering principle and optoelectronic sensing technology, this instrument accurately detects and counts airborne particles across a wide size spectrum. It features an extended particle size detection range, covering particles from 0.5 μm up to 50 μm. Widely applicable to electronics, lithium batteries, automotive, aerospace, precision machining, food and other industries where large particles exist in clean areas, it addresses both conventional cleanliness monitoring and the long-standing challenge of large particle detection at production process points.
For harsh operating conditions with high particle concentration and heavy contamination, the unit adopts an innovative protective air jacket technology. A coaxial sheath of clean gas surrounds the sampled airflow, isolating it from the optical cavity. This effectively prevents dust accumulation, condensation and corrosion on optical components, delivering long-term stable and accurate measurement while extending the service life of the equipment.
