1. Product Overview
KQET-6014 independent pump online planktonic bacteria sampler is a porous suction sampler used in online monitoring systems. The sampler consists of a sampling head and an independent pump. The sampling head is made of 304 stainless steel material, with a mirror finish on the surface, which is high-end and atmospheric. The sampling head adopts a microporous design to reduce bacterial overlap and minimize microbial counting errors. The sampling head bracket is thick and stable, avoiding shaking of the culture dish during the sampling process and causing counting errors.
The independent pump body is also made of 304 stainless steel material, which meets GMP specifications. Equipped with a built-in long-life fan, it can work continuously for more than 10000 hours, with low vibration and low noise. At the same time, precise digital flow sensors are used for real-time monitoring of flow, and intelligent algorithms are used to achieve negative feedback self adjustment function of flow, ensuring the stability of sampling flow, not being affected by environmental interference, and ensuring the accuracy of sampling results.
